Personal description:

Mindaugas was the President of Lithuanian Youth Council in 2001-2003 and, up till now, he is actively involved in youth policy. During his cadence as a President of Lithuanian Youth Council, Mindaugas successfully started the reform of youth policy and since then he’s actively consulting various committees and councils concerning youth affairs. He‘s also implementing various youth projects (social entrepreneurship, leadership, youth NGO capacity building, etc.).

Mindaugas Kiznis is a director of National Development Institute since 2001. He is an expert of strategic planning (for private and public sectors) and business management.

Since 2003 he is a business consultant (starting business, generating new business ideas, preparing business plans).

National Development Institute is a non-governmental, non-profit organization. It‘s an organization, which performs applied researches and analyses and, based on them, offers solutions for both, business and public sector entities.
